Located in the southern section of Port St Lucie Florida lies another one of the newest gated new construction communities called Kenley at Tradition which is being built by Mattamy Homes. Kenley at Tradition will be a smaller community consisting of only 214 homes once all the homes are built and the amenities will include a clubhouse, a community pool, small fitness center and social room.

Kenley at Tradition will offer 9 different floor plans ranging from in size from 1723-3272 square feet under air in both single story and two story designs. The community will offer 5 floor plans in the single story design and 4 floor plans in the two story design.

Kenley at Tradition offers three different elevations which include the Coastal, Contemporary and Transitional designs. The Transitional Elevation will offer the lowest base price of each home and the Contemporary will be the highest priced elevation regardless of which Kenley at Tradition floor plan you choose.

The base price of the homes in Kenley at Tradition range from $391,990.00 up to $583,990.00 as of January 2024. Lot premiums can range from $10,000.00 upwards of $55,000.00 depending on the location and view in the community.
