Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale I guess you could call me a Native to South Florida. Currently I call Jupiter, Fl my home and while I am new to the Palm Beach Area in general I have been traveling back and forth to this area for many years knowing that someday my love of real estate would allow me to make a move to this hidden paradise.
In the early years working for other brokerages as a newly licensed real estate agent I soon realized that most Brokers were only worried about the dollar amount you sold year after year rather than focusing on the lasting impression and memories you created with your clients. Focusing on your clients best interest first and foremost is what makes myself different from most real estate agents.
I am humble by nature and I truly believe that being 100% honest and upfront with everyone is the best approach in life regardless of the outcome. I feel that this approach is the best way to run a successful business in general and earn the respect and trust of everyone around you.
Why I Got Into Real Estate
In 2002 after the September 11th, attacks on the World Trade Center like many Americans my income soon suffered and I was forced to sell my condo and soon met a realtor at a Subway while grabbing a bite to eat and I proceeded to hire him and his company to list and sell my property.
Lets just say being a homeowner myself I put my trust into this agent and it soon turned out to be a horrible nightmare. His lack of contract knowledge and not admitting to the mistakes that were made required me to hire a real estate attorney to clean up the mess I was put it.
At this point I knew I had found a career where I could thrive and make a difference while providing a professional service and even some times owning up to mistakes that due happen in any business.
More Info About Me..
Growing up in a middle class family where my dad worked long days in the construction field and my mom was a secretary, I learned from a young age that hard work and determination was the key to success in any business. After working at too many meaningless jobs dating back to 10th grade and working almost 40 hours a week during my junior and senior years in high school I learned some valuable lessons in life that can’t be taught in a class room.
Having a strong work ethic and being honest with everyone was were I blossomed and learned the value of doing what was right regardless if some people told me was not important to succeed in life. Finding out the hard way that being 100% honest with your bosses and employers didn’t always go over the way I envisioned most of the time and found me searching for another new gig year after year.
