Elevations

Cadence at Tradition offers three different elevations with the single family home designs which include the West Indies, Coastal and Modern designs. The West Indies Elevation will offer the lowest base price of home each and the Modern will be the highest priced elevation regardless of which Cadence at Tradition floor plan you choose.

Base Prices

The base prices of the homes start at $373,990.00 for the smallest single family homes and $308,990.00 for the smallest townhome floor plan currently as of December 2023. HOA Fees

Cadence at Tradition will offer some of the lowest monthly hoa fees within Tradition ranging from $338.00 – $358.00. Your monthly hoa fees will cover landscaping, irrigation, outdoor pest control, common areas, high speed internet, cable TV with 70 Channels + HBO. These fees include the Tradition master HOA which are $195.00 per month just for reference.
