Choosing Your Homesite In Bridgewater!
There has been in my personal opinion some confusion about buying and or getting in line to choose and build your dream home in this unique neighborhood in Martin County which from what I can tell you is different than any other new build community I have worked with in recent years. But below is what my perception and or opinion of what they allowing buyers to get the homesite they want.
Due to high levels of interest in the Bridgewater community the builder is currently utilizing an easy offer process where you can submit an offer on up to five homesites at one time with worrying about being on a waiting list. Basically it allows someone who wants to outbid another potential home buyer you can offer a crazy dollar amount more than the asking price of each homesite that is available is what I am gathering they pushing towards in today's crazy market in late 2021. They are starting the bidding process on 5 different homesites ranging in price from $457,000.00 to $975,000.00. Now keep this in mind the lower prices will not be a waterfront lot and the most expensive lot on the newest release of lots available in Bridgewater is a corner lot with a water view.

Overpay Now Or Later?
I know many of you don’t like the idea of overpaying for a home but if you want to be in of the best neighborhoods in Jupiter Florida and build a new home on a 1 acre lot in the Bridgewater Neighborhood you will need to put on your big boy pants and and break out your checkbook if you want to get into this sought after neighborhood early before prices go even higher in 2022.
