David J Rogers

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, David spent his early adults years working long hours in meaningless jobs until he decided to get in the real estate industry in 2001 where he knew his honest approach and gift of talking with everyone would be a perfect career for him to master for many years to come.

Starting as a mortgage broker/loan officer in 2001, David got into residential real estate just three years later. After working for multiple brokers and offices for the first 9 years, he decided to study and pass the Florida Real Estate Broker Course and opened his own brokerage Rogers Realty Group LLC in 2013, David enjoys working with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors. This includes assisting clients with Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Villas and Condo sales and purchases from Fort Lauderdale to Stuart, Fl.

After a bad experience with a dishonest realtor who was hired to sell his condo in 2002, David was shaken up over the lack of professionalism and ethics the realtor and his broker had with their clients. This paved the way for David to start his practice with a foundation of of treating his clients with the utmost respect, and to go above and beyond to be ethical and honest at all times.

When not practicing real estate, David loves fishing, boating and going to the Florida Keys each year. On most days, you’ll find him hanging out with his 4-legged buddy, a 100 pound Doberman.
