I just recently sold another condo located in the Whitehall At Pine Island Ridge community on July 23rd 2012 for $117,000.00. This condo was remodeled with wood floors, new kitchen, new appliances and remodeled bathrooms and was not a short sale or foreclosure. The buyer paid cash for the property which is how most buyers are purchasing condos in today’s market since financing is a little tougher but still obtainable.
