While you won’t have a golf course in the community it also comes with lower monthly condo association fees for those who don’t care to golf.

The Club at St Lucie West Condos

Another well known condominium community in Port St Lucie Florida is The Club at St Lucie West which offers 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms condos which is just east of I95 and all the shopping, dining and entertainment you handle in St Lucie West. The Clube at St Lucie West offers residents amenities including a clubhouse, large resort style pool, a play area and tennis courts. One of the larger condominium communities in Port St Lucie with 380 total units this helps keep the monthly condo association fees reasonable.

Promenade at Tradition Condominium

Located to the south of PGA Village and the St Lucie West area is the condominium community of Promenade at Tradition which offers the largest floor plans ranging from 2 & 3 bedrooms with some models having a 1 car garage. Including in the monthly condo association fees are home security (alarm), cable tv, and high speed internet just to name a few but this comes with a higher monthly association dues compared to other Port St Lucie Florida Condominium communities.
