They will offer residents lots of amenities which include a community pool, clubhouse, social areas, hiking, biking or walking trails, fitness center and the list goes on.

While there are so many great neighborhoods located in Port St Lucie Florida I will tell you which ones I think might be the best overall in each category.
Best Active Adult / 55+ Neighborhood
Starting with the Active Adult Neighborhoods in Port St Lucie this is a toss up between Del Webb at Tradition and Cascades at St Lucie West. The Cascades 55+ neighborhood in St Lucie West while it offers older homes built in the 1990’s it does offer more affordable homes and lower monthly homeowners association dues compared to Tradition . I personally like Dell Webb as one of the best 55+ currently since the amenities including the clubhouse which has a fitness center, community pool and all of the other social activities are completely built compared to some of the other newer Active Adult Neighborhoods in Tradition that are still being built as of late 2022.
Best Gated Neighborhood
Picking the best gated neighborhood in Port St Lucie is not that easy but I’ll give you 3 you should consider when moving to the area. First if you are into golfing then PGA Village has to be number one since it offers the most overall in country club living in my opinion. The most affordable gated neighborhood in Port St Lucie goes to Newport Isles and its location is ideal with a short 5 minute drive to I-95 and nearby Tradition. The final best pick goes to the newer Rivella neighborhood located on the central / eastern side of Port St Lucie, Fl. Rivella offers a different vibe and a different builder so you are not stuck with the cookie cutter homes like all the other communities.
Best Master Planned Neighborhood
This pick for master planned was easy and hands down goes to the newer Tradition Neighborhood which is still growing and offers the most in types of neighborhoods, shopping, dining, outdoor activities and a variety of Active Adult neighborhoods as well.
Best Neighborhood With NO HOA
If you are looking to move into a Port St Lucie Neighborhood with No HOA I have 8 you should consider that include Torino which is in the norther section of the city, in the central section you should consider Oak Hammock and Hidden Oaks and the southern area there are multiple which include Becker Ridge, Crane Landing, Woodland Trails, Paar Estates and Southbend Lakes.
Best Waterfront Neighborhood With Ocean Access
If choosing a waterfront home wasn’t hard enough the best neighborhood with ocean access in Port St Lucie was a tough choice between Island Of Rivella and Bay St Lucie. If you prefer a new home then Island Of Rivella would be the first choice but Bay St Lucie is a strong contender to consider if you prefer an established neighborhood that is fully built out.
