Located in Jupiter, Fl you will find “The Heights of Jupiter” community which consist of single family homes and is located just north of Donald Ross Road and east of I95. The Heights is a popular community with a family friendly atmosphere near everything the area has to offer including shopping, restaurants, the beaches and so much more.
The Heights is located in a Non HOA “Home Owners Association” community which means less restrictions on homeowners which allows the flexibility to store your RV or Boat on your property if it fits within your lot line. You will find a mixture of homes built both with Concrete construction “CBS” and wood frame construction which is common in North Palm Beach County Florida.
Location Of The Heights
The Heights of Jupiter is located in northern Palm Beach County in the city of Jupiter, Fl and is just on the north side of Donald Ross Road and just east of I95. Its located near the popular neighborhood of Abacoa which consist of multiple different neighborhoods within one community. The overall map location of the Heights is great but it does come with one negative in my personal opinion and that is the western portion of the neighborhood backs up to I95 which will create some road noise.
