Pine Island Ridge Neighborhoods

The Pine Island Ridge Neighborhoods include Alhambra Circle, Evergreen, Live Oak, Poinciana, Oak Knoll Estates, Orange Grove Dr, Tangerine, The Gardens Condos, Sabal Palm, Whitehall, Woodvale and Ridgewood. Many call this one of the best neighborhoods in Davie Florida to live in due to the location and variety of properties that are available plus many of the A+ Rated Schools that it is zoned for.

Condominiums

You have eight condominium communities to choose from located in the Pine Island Ridge neighborhood. These include Evergreen, Live Oak, Poinciana, Orange Grove Drive, Tangerine, The Gardens, Sable Palm and Whitehall. A Majority of these condominium communities offer washer / dryers inside the condo and the remainder use a community laundry room.

Villas

There is only one community that offers villas within the Pine Island Ridge neighborhood and this includes Alhambra Circle. This community offers both Townhomes & Villas.

Townhomes

If living in a townhome is more your style you will find three neighborhoods in Pine Island Ridge including Alhambra Circle, Ridgewood and Woodvale. Each neighborhood is a little different from the next in this popular Davie Florida area.

Single Family Homes

Pine Island Ridge while mostly consisting of condos and townhomes is home to one single family home neighborhood called Oak Knoll Estates which is located directly from the Pine Island Ridge Country Club.

After I tough day on the golf course you can stop by and enjoy a few cold ones with a bite to eat at Chippers which is a sports bar/grille. If you are looking for more of a formal dining experience check out the Lakeview Restaurant which serves up some tasty meals. There are also banquet facilities available to accommodate up to 240 people and various meeting rooms available for private events/functions.

Location Of Pine Island Ridge

You can locate the Pine Island Ridge neighborhood on the south side of 595 and just west of Pine Island Road. The Pine Island Ridge development spans from Nova Drive to the north and just east of Nob Hill Rd. You can You can enter the development from the corner of Nova Drive and Pine Ridge Drive or on the north side directly off State Road 84 and a third entrance from Pine Island Road just east of St Road 84.
