Arrowhead Condo is a community located off of Nova Dr just on the west side of University Dr and east of Pine Island Rd in Davie, Fl 33324.  Arrowhead Condo was originally built back in the early 1970’s and offered 1-2 bedroom condos with some of the condos over looking the arrowhead golf & country club 18 hole golf course.

Mostly built along with a bigger project with the rest of the Arrowhead developments live Escape at Arrowhead and Rolling Hills Golf & Tennis Club or better known as Rolling Hills Condo by most people today.  Most of the condos located within the city limits of Davie Florida were built between the 1970’2 and 1980’s and feature many communities like Pine Island Ridge, Harvest Condos and many more that are all within 5 minutes of Nova Southeastern University College campuses which students from all over the world come to get their degrees in Dental, Medical, Optometry & Law and many more. A high percentage of the population in this area are NSU students who generally stay for 3-4 years while attending college with many of the parents of the students try to purchase properties for their sons of daughter to live in rather than rent which is costly in this area..
