Many say this was one of Florida’s first truly planned cities incorporated in 1963 and now is one of South Florida’s most popular areas to live. During the 1970’s through the 1990’s this relatively young city grew quickly, the city added over 35,000 residents over each decade. One thing that the city did was to add strict building codes which were to maintain a distinctive aesthetic appeal within the city which is why Coral Springs today is a great place to consider moving to.
