The builder just like any other builder will only release a handful of lots to choose from at a time and what is different in todays crazy real estate market is the builder is allowing potential home buyers to submit their highest and best offer on the lots that buyers want to build their dream home on. So far based on the interactive homesite map that Divosta has sent out shows 19 homesites have been sold to date.
While I can not tell you how much lots are selling for or how much the highest bids or terms were, I can tell you from my professional opinion that I am sure some of the contracts and or terms included hefty non refundable down payments and over asking prices based on the original offering price the builder listed for each lot for sale in Bridgewater.

Nearby homes in the area are selling for $2 Million plus and only a handful of homes for sale in communities including Prado and Hidden Bridges come available for sale every year in these nearby similar neighborhoods.
