Lots of clients have been asking for updates about the newest luxury gated community called Bridgewater located in Jupiter, Fl. While it actually is just on the north side of Jupiter the only way into the community is via access through Jupiter Florida. There is steady progress with 3 homes being built currently which we can only assume they will be some of the model homes.
Today I took some time to fly the drone above the community of Bridgewater to get some aerial photos to give a better perspective of the construction progress and better views of the entire 215 acre piece of land that will be called home to those buyers who choose to build their dream homes in the sought after Jupiter neighborhood. I got some great photos of the Bridgewater community from different angles and nearby communities like Prado and Rialto in the background.
