Unlike the Southwood Townhome community other nearby communities Saddle Up had 9 sales in the last 12 months, Belle Terre had 3 sales in the last 12 months, Madison Lakes had 5 sales in the last 12 months, Saddle Bridge Townhomes had 4 sales in the last 12 months and Willow Grove Townhomes had 5 sales in the last 12 months.
