Recent Sales And Market Conditions in Cimarron

Cimarron Townhomes Recent Sales and market updates in Davie Florida.  Over the last 6 months there was only 3 sales in the Cimarron Townhome Community ranging in price from $262,000.00 (This Was A Short sale) we don’t count this as a normal / regular sale and 2 more sales of $301,500.00 & $308,000.00.  The Cimarron Townhome community is a great community and we don’t see many sales from year to year, normally 5-8 sales per year is expected here. In the last 12 months there were only 5 sales in the Cimarron community which is a little low overall.

As of today’s date November 27th, 2017 there are no active listings for sale in the community. I would expect to see a few homes become available for sale after the first part of 2018 and more towards early spring time. Currently there is only 1 Active Listing for Rent / Lease in the Cimarron Community and its a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom model listed at $2300.00 per month.
