If you are having problems with the Juicbox Error: Config XML File Not Found on the details page with your IDXPRESS plugin for WordPress I finally figured out the solution this afternoon. I have been calling support over at Diverse Solutions like many others like yourself and they keep telling me its on my end of the coding somewhere in the programming or something to do with my web hosting company adding a code like this <div style=”display:none”><br /></div>
which is usually found right before the ending </body> tag at the bottom of the page.
Before you bother deactivating all of your plugins, calling your Hosting Company along with many other things support tells you to do just go to Wordpress and Download WordPress 3.5.1 and open your FTP program and upload this through FTP rather than just running an update from your control panel since it does not fix the problem since I found a few weeks back that this will also fix the problem when you are writing a post and you want to upload a new media file or picture to add to a new post that you will get an error every time.
Hopefully this will help many of you out there and keep you from yanking all of your hair out waiting on Diverse Solutions.
If this post was helpful and you wish you could find a way to help me out you can do one easy thing by linking to my website 🙂
