Renters were Nova Southeastern University college students and the landlords were very wonderful and nice to work with. Market value in 2012-2013 for townhome rentals in the Cimarron community ranged between $1850.00 – $2050.00 and I expect in the upcoming years to see a slight increase by about $100.00 per month on average.
