Another year has passed and we are already in the early days of 2012 which will hopefully be a great year for everyone. There was a good amount of activity in the Live Oak at Pine Island Ridge community located in Davie Florida for 2011 which will help the condo association tremendously in the years to come with increased revenue from collecting condo fees to help maintain the community.
So lets get to the good stuff, as of 2011 there were a total of 23 sold condos and town homes located in the Live Oak community ranging in price from $39,000 for a 1 bedroom and all the way to $108,000 for a 3 bedroom townhome . That’s roughly 6% of the total units located in the community all together and while some of the sales were short sales, some were private sales and bank sales or foreclosures all in all in is a great thing to see so many condos sell in this great community.
